INTERNAL POLICIES

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

  1. Any person, who stays in the hotel, is subject to respect our installations.

  2. When the behavior of a person alters the tranquility and moral convention of a third person, this one will be subject to evacuate the installation.

  3. No guest will have the authority to provide accommodations in the suite to another person, without having filled out the registration card at the front desk and apply the corresponding charge.

  4. Pets are not allowed in room or public areas.

  5. Vehicles must be parked on designated areas.

  6. Coolers are not allowed in public areas.

  7. Bringing food or beverages is not allowed un public areas.

  8. Hanging clothes to dry public on public areas or room exterior is not allowed.

  9. Taking furniture out of room is not allowed.

  10. Bathing suite is mandatory in pool and beach.

  11. Late check out has extra charge.

  12. Pool open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  13. Be aware of the color of the flags placed on the shore of the beach.

  14. The hotel will not responsible for any article of value or money left in the room, for this reason we recommend you to use the safe-deposit box, which you will be  able to find it in the suite.

  15. The use of speakers is not allowed in the hotel areas, it is not allowed to listen to loud music in the rooms.

  16. Respect the POST COVID-19 protocol: Temperature check, wear face masks on public areas, sanitize footwear, use hand alcohol base hand rub, social distancing  1.5 meters.
